Return & Replacement Window

We offer a 30-day replacement window for defective products or printing errors caused by us.
If we made a mistake in the design, printing, or production of your banner, we will gladly replace the item at no cost.
No restocking fees apply for defective or damaged items caused by our production process.

What Is Covered

We will replace your product free of charge if:

The item was printed incorrectly compared to the approved design.
The product arrived damaged or defective due to production or carrier handling.
You received the wrong product.

If the carrier caused damage, please notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Color Variations Disclaimer

Please note that colors may vary between what you see on your screen and the final printed product.

Screen colors may differ due to monitor settings, brightness, calibration, and color profiles.
Printed colors can vary slightly due to ink, material, finishing, and production processes.
Minor color variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for free returns or replacements.

What Is Not Covered (Customer Remorse)

We do not offer free returns or replacements for customer remorse, which includes but is not limited to:

Artwork or designs approved by the customer.
Ready-to-print files provided or approved by the customer.
Designs created or approved using our design tools.
Orders where the product matches the approved proof but the customer changes their mind.

Because custom banners are made to order, these items cannot be resold.

Replacement Process

Contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order.
We will review the issue and provide return approval if applicable.
If required, we will send you a prepaid return label.
A replacement will be produced and shipped as soon as possible.

Pricing & Order Policy

While we strive for accuracy, pricing or description errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, even after an order has been submitted.
If an error is discovered, you may choose between paying the correct price or receiving a full refund.

Order confirmation emails are automatic system notifications and do not constitute a binding contract. All orders are manually reviewed before production to ensure accuracy.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an error is detected or if the order cannot be fulfilled as intended.
